Suzlon Appoints Rahul Jain as New Chief Financial Officer.
Renewable energy major Suzlon Group has appointed Rahul Jain as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel, effective December 15, 2025. With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Jain previously served as Group CFO at SRF Ltd for nearly 17 years, where he led major financial transformation initiatives, enhanced technology-driven systems, and reinforced fiscal discipline. Before SRF, he spent a decade at Jubilant Organosys Ltd. Suzlon Group Vice Chairman Girish Tanti said Jain’s strategic expertise in financial transformation, M&A, and fundraising will be instrumental in building a future-ready conglomerate. Commenting on his new role, Jain said he aims to strengthen Suzlon’s financial resilience, boost profitability, and create long-term value for shareholders. Suzlon, one of the world’s leading renewable energy solution providers, has over 21 GW of installed wind capacity across 17 countries.
