President Droupadi Murmu will deliver the keynote address at the 8th session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly on October 28, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi — marking the first-ever presidential address to the ISA Assembly. The event, running from October 28–30, will bring together ministers, policymakers, and global energy leaders from 125 member and signatory countries to discuss scaling solar finance, promoting emerging technologies, and advancing solar-driven agricultural solutions. The President’s address will underscore India’s leadership in implementing the ISA vision of “One World, One Sun, One Grid,” reaffirming the nation’s commitment to a sustainable, inclusive global energy transition. Launched in 2015 by India and France, the ISA continues to drive solar innovation, investment, and capacity-building, promoting universal access to clean energy worldwide.
