Pahal Solar has launched bifacial glass-backsheet modules utilising n-type TOPCon technology. With front-side efficiencies ranging between 21.68 per cent and 23.03 per cent, the modules offer peak power outputs of 560-595 W. The rear side can generate up to 30 per cent additional power resulting in a maximum power output of 774 Wp for the 595 Wp panel. The open-circuit voltage ranges from 50.82 V to 52.01 V, and the short-circuit current ranges from 13.92 A to 14.48 A. The maximum system voltage is set at 1,500 V. In addition, the modules incorporate 182 mm n-type TOPCon cells with 16 busbars. They come with a silver anodised aluminium alloy frame and an IP 68 junction box. The modules have dimensions of 2,278 x 1,134 x 40 mm and weigh 28.2 kg. They are suitable for operation within temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
