LONGi Green Energy Signs ₹7,000 Cr Deal with Inox Solar to Boost India’s Solar Future

China’s LONGi Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd. has signed a ₹7,000 crore agreement with Inox Solar Ltd., part of the INOXGFL Group, to supply 5 GW of solar modules over the next three years. The partnership leverages LONGi’s global expertise in quality assurance and production, ensuring Inox Solar’s modules meet international standards. Inox Solar, with operations at its Bavla (Ahmedabad) plant boasting 1.2 GW capacity—expandable to 3 GW—and a 4.8 GW integrated facility under development in Dhenkanal, Odisha, continues to strengthen India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem. This collaboration aligns with India surpassing 100 GW of solar module capacity, supporting the nation’s vision of energy independence, green growth, and global competitiveness in renewable energy.
