Inox Solar, LONGI Sign MoU to Supply 5 GW of Solar Modules for the Indian Market.

Inox Solar, a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global solar technology leader LONGI to supply up to 5 GW of solar modules over the next three years for the Indian market. The partnership aims to fast-track the adoption of next-generation solar innovations in India, aligning with the nation’s renewable energy and self-reliance goals. Devansh Jain, Executive Director of INOXGFL Group, said the collaboration will strengthen India’s position as a solar manufacturing hub. Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO Renewables, added that aligning with LONGI enhances manufacturing excellence and access to advanced technologies. Inox Solar recently began production at its 1.2 GW Bavla, Gujarat plant, set to expand to 3 GW soon, and is developing a 5 GW integrated solar cell and module facility in Dhenkanal, Odisha. LONGI reaffirmed its commitment to advancing clean energy collaboration in India.
